PRESS RELEASE

January 28, 2015: Global third-party logistics provider, ROAR (Rail, Ocean Air, Road) Logistics Inc., has announced it has joined The Cooperative Logistics Network (The CoOp). The CoOp is an alliance of select freight forwarders in each region around the world who cooperate in a financially secure environment to reduce costs and risks, develop business and compete in a market with large multinational organizations.

Joining The CoOp will allow ROAR to further augment their international forwarding services to include inbound freight services into the United States, as well as the ability to move freight globally through a network of CoOp partners. Companies selected for membership in The CoOp go through a rigorous vetting process to ensure that they meet the standards for service, financial viability and ethics.

"ROAR's national client base will be well served by opportunities The CoOp brings to our international services," said Nancy Dempsey, Director of International Services at ROAR. "Finding the right network was critical for our strategy in the area of global transportation and The CoOp fits our customer-focused service approach with focus on high standards of professionalism and service delivery."

"The CoOp membership gives us opportunities to expand our capacities as a full-service global transportation services provider," said Robert Rich III, President and founder of ROAR. "This represents a major commitment to pursuing greater global growth, which has always been an important component in our long-term strategy and vision at ROAR. We are confident that our relationship with The CoOp and its member companies around the world will be a productive one."

Joining The CoOp is the latest of several strategic business developments for ROAR, including the acquisition of Legend Transportation in Phoenix, Arizona and the opening of their Tampa, Florida operations center in 2014. With six offices nationwide, ROAR's annual revenues exceeded $68M in 2014.

Based in Buffalo, New York, ROAR Logistics is a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider specializing in domestic truckload and intermodal "piggyback" transportation services and international ocean freight forwarding.
