SOFIA, Bulgaria: January 04, 2017. Supply chain management company Unimasters has partnered with the Bringg enterprise platform to provide visibility for last-mile deliveries in 177 countries.

According to Unimasters - formerly branded Unimasters Logistics - Tel Aviv-based Bringg provides businesses with the ability to achieve on-demand efficiency via its dispatch platform, driver management functionality, tracking capabilities, and real time customer notifications.

unimastersAfter testing several technological options Unimasters, which has subsidiaries in Romania and Hungary, decided Bringg would be the best automated delivery solution for real-time visibility in last-mile delivery.

Customers can now view shipment status via their mobile phones, plan for efficient receipt of goods and sign for their items on a smartphone instead of expensive hand-held terminals. At the same time they can track drivers in real time, manage transport orders seamlessly and optimize vehicle load factor and performance.

Company executive chairman Nikolai Bozhilov commented: "Bringg has enabled us to greatly improve delivery accuracy, reduce order processing time and increase satisfaction of our customers.

"Our aim is to simplify and modernize how we represent ourselves to our clients, our people and the communities in which we operate around the world," he explained. "[So] the new corporate identity coincides with our company's Vision 2025, which is about positioning Unimasters in the core of the new digital economy we already live in.

"It reflects our desire to become a next-generation enterprise and the first telepathic LSP [logistics service provider] that differentiates itself from the competition by its anticipation of customer desires, design thinking, instant reaction, drive for innovation and growth and continuous focus on sustainability," he added.

To complement the company's 2025 vision it has come up with a new set of values dubbed 'CREW'. According to Bozhilov it stands for "Creativity, Reliability, Excellence and Wisdom and describes the company's unwavering spirit and professionalism in serving our customer needs."
