NORTHAMPTON, UK: October 22, 2018. XPO Logistics has finished seventh out of 20 in a new survey by the UK Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and job website Glassdoor on British companies with the best workplace culture.

In first place was global management consultancy Bain & Company. The firm scored highly across all measures and had a 99 percent recommend-a-friend rating.

Recognition of the Top 20 companies was based on analysis of the reviews posted on Glassdoor by current and former employees of more than 7,000 companies. The list was created using an algorithm that combined scores for senior management, culture and values with recommend-a-friend ratings.
