Turkish 1.jpgISTANBUL: February 18, 2019. Turkish Cargo recorded a 21.7 percent increase in the rate of sold cargo in 2018.

Citing data obtained by WACD, the international air cargo market information provider, in 2018; Turkish Cargo attained an increase of 21.7 percent in the rate of sold cargo.

Operating direct cargo flights to 85 destinations by means of its fleet of freighters in addition to the cargo carrying capacity of the flag-carrier Turkish Airlines, the  brand reported carrying 1.4 million tons in 2018, maintaining its 8th position across the global air cargo market.

Last year Turkish Cargo extended its cargo network upon with new service to Zaragoza (Spain), Vilnius (Lithuania), Liege, Brussels (Belgium), Miami (USA), Toronto (Canada), Houston (USA), Bogota (Colombia), Mexico City (Mexico), Curaçao (Netherlands Antilles), Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), Taipei (Taiwan), Navoi (Uzbekistan) and Muscat (Oman).

The brand now offers caapcity to  over 300 destinations worldwide.
