PENNSYLVANIA, US: April 1, 2019. Pilot Freight Services has been recognised by Walmart Supply Chain as one of its six Transportation Carriers of the Year across different service categories.

Carriers were chosen based on dedication to customer service and communication that actively improve service levels within the intricate Walmart supply chain. Partner companies had to be able to provide operational excellence in order to meet the transportation goals set by Walmart as part of its end-to-end supply chain.

Pilot was selected as the e-commerce Carrier of the Year following record revenues in 2018 partly due to the expansion of e-commerce services and investments in final mile capabilities.
