FRANKFURT: July 23, 2019. Lufthansa Cargo has approved the use of CSafe Global RAP containers for pharma shipments to 300 destinations in more than 100 countries.

Lufthansa Cargo senior director of Industry Development & Product Management Thorsten Braun said: “To me it represents a typical win-win situation. With the addition of the CSafe RAP we are further expanding our portfolio of active cool containers, which is second to none.”

The CSafe RAP ensures the integrity and safe delivery of temperature-sensitive products across the globe by maintaining a defined payload temperature set-point throughout product transport, even in the most extreme ambient conditions (-30°C to +54°C).

Earlier this month, Lufthansa partner Swiss WorldCargo also approved the pharma ULD for its operations.
