NAIROBI: September 04, 2019. Astral Aerial Solutions (AAS), an affiliate of Astral Aviation, is to promote the use of Yamaha’s Fazer R G2 drone for last mile delivery of air cargo in Africa. The drone has a maximum payload of 35kgs and range of 90kms.
Founder Sanjeev Gadhia said the firm would promote the use of the drones in the Kenya market for agricultural production services such as crop spraying, remote deliveries and overhead structural and civil engineering inspection functions.

AAS aims to provide drone services in Africa for humanitarian cargo air transport, medical deliveries, aerial mapping and imagery, aerial surveillance and security, agriculture, oil and gas services, and emergency response.
