HELSINKI: November 01, 2018. Nurminen Logistics has sold its Russian subsidiary OOO Nurminen Logistics to Transless LLC, one of the largest rolling stock operators in Russian forest industry.

As part of the transaction, Transless will acquire  the OOO Nurminen Logistics’s fleet, consisting of about 350 railcars, the majority of which are specialised rolling stock for timber cargo transportation.

OOO Nurminen Logistics is a specialist in import and export rail logistics between Finland and Russia and within Russia and its neighbouring countries. The company has acquired expertise in servicing major international clients, with a focus on pulp and paper industry.
